How it works:
I set up a canvas at your event or reception and paint during the festivities. I will create a piece or pieces of art in an existing style from one of my series unless another composition is agreed upon prior to the event. The client is able to choose color preference with add-in colors of the artists choice.
(You can absolutely let me know if you DO NOT want specific colors!)
This is the easy part. I will bring an easel, small drop cloth, lighting and all supplies. Depending on the venue, a small table might be needed.
Hourly rates are based off canvas size. This rate includes supplies and any finishing touches that need to be made after your event is complete. If travel or shipping/handling of artwork is involved, additional costs will include flight/travel expenses, meals, transportation, lodging & shipping/handling.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. I will send a completed invoice prior to your event. I accept cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Meredith Parker Fine Art.
Below are standard rates. I understand when planning a special occasion budget is key. It is helpful to let me know your budget first thing to insure everyone’s needs are met.
